1 General Terms

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

j999 strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 21 from operating an account. The platform may at any time request documents to verify a user's age and identity, such as a copy of a national ID card or passport.

j999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals or bonus claims until the identity verification process is complete. This process also works to protect the user.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal

4.1 Deposit

j999 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100.

• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• If deposit details are incorrect, the transaction may be cancelled.
• For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Sonali Bank, or BRAC Bank may be used.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Currently, withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

Before processing a withdrawal request, j999 may carry out identity verification or additional security checks. Processing may be temporarily suspended for unusual or suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

j999 offers various types of bonuses. Each bonus has specific terms that the user must follow.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 in wagers must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer applies to each account once only, unless the offer description states otherwise.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Opening multiple accounts or engaging in collusive activity for the purpose of claiming bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• j999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• No bonus should be regarded as cash or a free reward — it is a conditional offer.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Permitted Use

The j999 platform must be used for personal entertainment only. Every betting or gaming decision is entirely the user's own and independent — j999 does not guarantee any specific outcome.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Before closing an account, j999 will attempt to return any valid balance (excluding bonuses); however, this will be held if the account is under investigation. Users may also request closure of their own account — in this case, the account will be closed after the full balance has been withdrawn.

10 Limitation of Liability

j999 is not liable for:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
• Errors or delays by third-party payment providers.
• Issues arising from unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, cyberattacks, server outages).
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or failure to comply with the terms.
